Landlord's can list space for lease in VTR-Recon. The greater the listing detail the better the matching technology will work for you. During this process you can assign team members with permissions if you have other stakeholders or professionals that you work with. Once a space for lease is created, Landlord's can publish the listing to begin receiving Letters of Intent to Lease the space in VTR-Dealmaker, view who has been looking at the listing, and other analytic tools. In Dealmaker you can negotiate solo or along side your team very quickly. Using VTR-Manager a Landlord can perform a monthly check in on Tenant's Health and Performance Metrics. This is great proactive practice to view these monthly metrics on a graph while receiving rent payments. Using VTR-Connect, Landlords can connect with other users and build thier network. Connect is also an excellent way to market space for lease and share listings and content to other social networks very easily. Connect is simpy a focused social network that is focused solely on commercial real estate without all the noise and distractions you find on other social media sites. 

Tenant's can list thier business concept in VTR-Recon just like Landlords can list the space for lease. The greater the business details and Recon settings you provide the better the matching technology will work for you. Once your business details are complete, you can select areas you want to open up shop and you will be notified when a match is made. No for fear of missing out on the perfect opportunity.
